The studio is self-access. After your booking is confirmed and fully paid, you will receive detailed access instructions and a personal key-box code approximately 1 hour before your booking.

Access is available only during your paid booking time. Your session starts and ends at the time shown in your reservation, so arriving late does not extend your booking. Please make sure you leave on time; a maximum 5-minute grace period is allowed.

If you would like to stay longer, message us before your booking ends. Additional time can be added if the studio is available and must be paid separately.

For early-morning or late-evening bookings, when the building's main entrance is closed, we will arrange personal access.

Before leaving, please return furniture, props and equipment to their original places, switch off the lights, close the windows, unplug used equipment, lock the studio and return the key to the key box.

Your booking includes access to the entire studio, all available zones, furniture, props and studio equipment. You may rearrange furniture and decorations and bring your own equipment or props, but everything must be handled carefully and returned to its original place before your booking ends. Please lift furniture rather than dragging it.

Shoes must be clean and dry; studio slippers are available. Outdoor shoe soles should be protected when necessary, especially in the backdrop area. You may stand on upholstered furniture without shoes, but standing on tables, cabinets or other unsuitable furniture is prohibited. The white concrete-style bench can be used for sitting, lying and standing, but no high heels are allowed on it.

Decorations may be attached to walls with non-damaging tape and to furniture only when they leave no marks or damage. Pools, water/steam setups, open-flame props and similar installations are prohibited.

The person who made the booking is responsible for themselves and their guests, including children. Any damage, permanent stains or excessive contamination may be charged according to the reasonable cost of professional cleaning, repair or replacement.

Glitter, confetti and similar materials may be used only on easy-to-clean surfaces and must be completely cleaned up during your booked time.

Maximum studio capacity is 50 people. Serious or unsafe violations of the studio rules may result in the session being terminated.

Your booking includes access to all available studio zones:

Photo Zone - professional continuous lighting, stands and paper/fabric backgrounds.

Lounge Corner - brutalist-inspired setup with a grey chaise lounge, cowhide-style rug, silver table, greenery and decor.

Black Panther Zone - black-and-silver animal-inspired interior with black leather furniture, faux fur, panther decor, animal prints and silver details.

Soft Zone - light sofa, white faux-fur rug, floor lamp, black faux-fur ottoman, soft lighting and monochrome decor.

Beauty Corner - mirror, dresser, clothing rail and selected beauty essentials.

Prop Library - projector, full-length mirror, decorative objects, white concrete-style bench, turquoise statement chain and other props.

Dressing Area - private changing area with a screen and shoe storage.

The studio currently provides Godox continuous lighting, coloured lights, softbox, octabox, grid and reflector. All available equipment, the projector and a large Bluetooth speaker are included in the booking price. You are also welcome to bring your own lighting and equipment.

The studio has large windows with blackout curtains, plenty of power outlets and an extension lead.

Our equipment, backgrounds and props are continuously being expanded, so the exact selection may change.

Yes. The studio can be used for baby showers, workshops, content days, photoshoots, pop-ups, presentations, corporate and private events, podcasts and other creative projects for up to 50 people.

The studio is not intended for very loud parties. Please contact us before booking an event so we can discuss your concept, number of guests and any special requirements.

There is no minimum event duration, but your reservation must include setup, the event itself and clean-up time. You may bring decorations, external decorators, catering, additional furniture and equipment. Music and responsible alcohol consumption are permitted.

Furniture and props must be returned to their original places, rubbish must be collected and the studio must be left clean within your booked time. If additional time is required, it must be paid for separately.

Pets are not permitted by default, but exceptions may be possible for specific photoshoots or projects.

If you would like to bring an animal, please contact us before booking so we can discuss it individually.

Yes. You may bring food, coffee, drinks, cakes, catering and order food delivery to the studio.

Food and drinks are allowed throughout the studio as long as everything is kept clean. Drinks may be placed on tables but must not be placed on upholstered furniture or near lighting, electrical equipment or power outlets.

The person responsible for the booking is also responsible for any stains or damage caused by food or drinks.

Before leaving, please collect all rubbish in a rubbish bag and leave the closed bag in the designated area near the entrance.

Any form of smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the studio and anywhere inside the building. This includes cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, vapes, IQOS/heated-tobacco products, cigars, hookahs and any other smoking or vaping devices.

Smoking is only permitted outside the building in areas where it is legally allowed.

Smoke and fog machines, sparklers, matches and open-flame props are prohibited. Flameless decorative candles are permitted. Real candles may only be briefly used on a birthday cake and must be lit with a lighter and extinguished immediately afterwards.

Any other special effects must be discussed with us in advance. If prohibited activity triggers the fire alarm or causes any additional costs or damage, the person responsible for the booking will be responsible for the resulting charges.

All bookings require 100% payment in advance.

You may cancel or reschedule your booking at least 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations made within this period receive a full refund, and bookings may be rescheduled up to 3 times, subject to availability.

For same-day cancellations, 50% of the booking price is refunded. In case of illness or exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we will discuss rescheduling individually.

Late arrival does not extend your reservation. If you need additional time, you may request an extension subject to studio availability and additional payment.

If the studio has to cancel your reservation, you will receive a 100% refund plus a discount on your next booking. Refund processing may take up to 7 days.

Bookings of up to 2 hours can be made directly through the website or by contacting us. For bookings longer than 2 hours, events, full-day rentals or special projects, please contact us directly.

Simply select your preferred duration, then choose an available date and time and complete the payment. The minimum booking duration is 30 minutes, and bookings can be made up to 2 months in advance.

Same-day bookings are possible when the studio is available and ready. Early-morning and late-evening bookings are also available at the same rate.

Your reservation is confirmed after 100% payment has been received. Company bookings and gift cards are also available.
